What do you do at Gayton?

All things Facility! Church gatherings, meetings, parties, gym rentals, and maintenance!

When did you first come to Gayton and/or when did you join the staff?

I joined Gayton in September 2025.

Tell us a little about your family and/or pets.

My husband Clay and I have 3 kids, Brax:13, Belle:12, and Collins:6. A GSP, Penny and a 22-year old cat, Frank.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at Gayton?

I'm a dance teacher in my "other" life, and I love creating art, and sharing my love of the artform with the next generation. I also love spending time on the water, in Poquoson, where I grew up. All things can be fixed with a good boat ride!

What is one of your favorite things? 

Coffee! Iced coffee, hot coffee, coffee toffee, coffee ice cream, coffee any time of day!

What is your favorite Scripture verse or passage?

"Then shall the young women rejoice in the dance, and the young men and the old shall be merry. I will turn their mourning into joy; I will comfort them, and give them gladness for sorrow." Jeremiah 31:13.
